I keep adding antifreeze, 50/50 mix to sled. After running for a few hours it is down halfway. I can't see any leaks, the cap is tight, is there something worse that could be happening

Ingestion.
If it's not leaking, it's going into the cylinders, which often is caused by a bad o ring... which sometimes can be caused by det.
Pull a plug & check it... see if it is white & wet? Could just be the the leak is only when hot & you're just not seeing it leak too.
