If he is stealing a $5 floor mat I would bet that the 4 wheeler is stolen also. I just can't imagine what was going through his mind. "Man I bet I can get a couple bucks out of this nice floor mat" Seriously who would steal a floor mat, or for that matter buy a slightly used floor mat from the low life crook.
