Another theft

Got my snomachine trailer stolen from my place today! Thank god I left my sled on AKM7's trailer after riding on sunday!

Geez Rick, I am sorry to hear that! It's too bad that there is not place in Anchorage Daily News or somewhere else where people can say what got stolen from them, or how many homes were broken into.. I think we all would be SHOCKED to know the numbers....
(I was once in a group of 9 people, and there was only 1 person out of 9 who's house was never broken into!!!!)

Does anyone know if trailers even have serial numbers or just plates and title? Kind of a dumb question but Ive never owned one. Those two place are a dime a dozen for sale on CL Ive noticed. Keep an eye there, though they would have to be pretty dumb to sell it. But Ive seen stupider.

Thats how I caught the guy who stole my sled, he tried selling it back to me on CL with an undercover detective 10 feet away...haha. Renters insurance or anything of the sort?

Sorry to hear the bad news. My house got robbed last Halloween, they tried to steal the Yami R-6, but something must've spooked em(although they got away with 7K worth of stuff).

My buddy had his brand new laptop stolen today at UAA.... $1600 gone, that was one expensive piss.

Thieves are the worst.

It seems like every year right around thanksgiving is when it all starts, i had my work trailer broken into a few weeks ago. They only took what they could carry just because it was a gated community where i was working, still managed to get away with 2500.00 worth of tools . buddies got hit before, one of them twice in a week, brand new tools. sorry to hear about your trailer. check your registration , you might have a id number, i know mine has one engraved under the trailer. for those that dont, you might want to engrave something where you cant see it, but you know its there. ill keep a eye out, any scratches paint marks , something really noticeable ?
