Another storm for the SW mountains

Nice. I did try out my new narrow front end. Kicked arse into the trailer. LOL

It does fit a little better in there now that the ski stance isn't so damn wide.

First of all, Congrats to the Southern Mountain guys/gals. It looks as though your in for anther good dump of snow!

I've been in Colorado for quite a few years and it seems as though every snow storm I can remember either goes South or hits North Colorado, never BOTH. Is this just a normal weather pattern thing? Has it ALWAYS been like this? Or do storms sometimes hit the ENTIRE state of CO?

Just a thought while I'm sitting here (patiently) waiting for our turn up North.:face-icon-small-dis

It's all the hot air from skiers on I70. They split the jet stream and the systems go south or north.

Never the entire state

I heard that about you guys.

PJ's not getting any up North. :bolt:

That's why I head down South.:face-icon-small-hap

No, we are not. But it's dang cold. A whopping minus 3 right now.

Dang! The Snotel server is toast. Which site is the best one to check anyways? The WC summit or Middle Fork?

Well....we could not wait for snow in our area for another moment so we are taking off for South Fork at noon today. Our group has never ridden there before and we are all looking forward to it.
