Another new Camo track...156" x 3" paddle

Lynn and Dave,

Camoplast does not cut tracks for customers...Dealers can cut them for you if they are equipped to do so.

I've been told by Camoplast directly, it voids the warranty from them... If the dealer that cut the track wants to warranty the track...that would be up to them.

Also, know that with the 3" you have to be super careful on hardpack and not over-speed them on marginal/hard snow or they will delaminate.

As I've said before... these "hot rod" tracks should be looked at like a set of racing tires... a consumable item.
""",QUOTE{ know that with the 3" you have to be super careful on hardpack and not over-speed them on marginal/hard snow or they will delaminate.{}""......Whose words are these or is this your prediction?

Eric, if Camoplast could "approve" or "qualify the process" that a shop uses to cut them, they might realize increased sales.

You know like Alan did......

Is a drop and roll required to get this track into a rev chassis or is the 7 tooth drivers all that is necessary. Thanks

D&R required, best option is stretched chaincase and keep the jackshaft above the tunnel. Seems even with the D&R with the jackshaft in the tunnel the distance is still tight for the 3.0 incher to clear the jackshaft. 2.5 is all you can fit with the 7 tooths.

It sounds like these tracks are a go... Limited number at first to test the market so get your order in with your dealer.

They will have to wait till the remainder of the "normal production" is done and should be avail Mid November - December for shipping from the dealer of your choice.

I tried to get one order, but unless my dealer has gotten stupid over the summer (it's possible) you can't order a track without a part number and they couldn't find anything. So, who do you call to get on the "List"

No numbers or prices yet and the track will not be to distributors until early December we are told.
We are not making a "list" because we don't know how many will be produced or how many we will be able to get, but keep calling and asking us! As soon as we hear they are available we will be ordering as many as we can get our hands on.
