Dont get me wrong I like the forum but it seems all the people on their talk about is Rep. Look at the post 75% of them is about getting more Rep.
I for one am amazed that this post has gone unedited, unlike all of the previous ones with the link. Heaven forbid some peeps might go check it out. Oh that's right they already did

I removed the re-directs some time ago, as there seemed to be no need for them any longer.

Most of what went down that night in that forum happened without me participating in it. I was called in after the fire had brought down the building.

I never got the whole story about this..but it is one of the things that made me change homes for forums(also a major reason I dont post here like I used to).....it wasnt funny then..and its not now...
Not a matter of being funny, my "he he he" is about the war itself.
The entire battle was crazy and in the end pointless.
But we were then and still are now, winning the "battle" of converting members over to premium membership, and it was, and still is, being done one single member at a time. Its a long slow process that will continue on all through this year and into next year.
The war/explosion/fire that happened in the AK section did take place with little or no input from me though, other than the member that told me I had no business being in that forum. As the Admin of the site, I thought that was a bit much, seeing as I have business in every single forum on the site, including the AK one. But for the most part I think I stayed out of it, and retreated to the Max forum instead.
If my comments posted in the Max forum offended you, then you have my apologies for that. It was never my intention to offend you.

The Ak forum is hoping now thanks! Is there anyway to get a refund for the paid member's that don't support what this site represents?
The entire War/Battle over the conversion of the site was a tragedy.
You sir are sadly mistaken. As the man in charge, the one who holds the reigns, you are 'ultimately' responsible. That is where you fail, your unwillingness to take that responsibility on. You have much to learn Chris.
I am not offended, more disappointed. For me to sit idly by watching a community broken up, a community i belonged to. And then to have you come in and laugh openly about it. You laughed about it, oh yes you did. Well that would make me, as you. I no longer am on this forum actively, not because I don't value the relationships i had with the peeps here. But because I will not encourage nor reward your behavior.
With that I'm done, thought I saw a ray of light here. I am seemingly mistaken. I'll post no more, if you think what you say is truth, you fool even yourself.
