Another clutching question

I have a 2008 summitt 800 146. I cant keep a belt to save my a**. I have spent time and time again throwing parts in the clutches to help. I have been waiting for someone with some experience with the team clutching but i havent come accross them yet. Havent heard a whole lot with the whole DJ clutching either. I ride hard and make long pulls on mountain faces. My main question is does anyone know if the 09 have a different clutch set up? I wonder if it would be cheaper to duplicate there new set up than too buy a new team clutch or whatever i decide to do. Whatever i do it cant get any worse. thats for sure. The factory clutching a setups on these sleds are worrible. Thanks for any input.

Yes, the stock settup.....or even the updated settup is a belt cooker and severely lacking in performance.
First make sure that the bushings and rollers are in good shape, they are known for premature wear.
We will have complete clutch and gearing settups available this fall that were proven all last year, much improved over stock. PM me for details. :beer;

OK- check list...

1) verify clutch alignment...align if needed (revman has a cool shim kit)
2) use #377 belt
3) use my clutch brace kit (keeps things from moving around)
4) regear to 21 top
5) call for clutching...BJ
