So you get 1 week at the Village for $562/year as it stands right now, am I reading that correctly? What have those fees trended like? Up a bunch each year or been pretty stable?

Thats the way it reads to me as well SLED. Sounds like your week would possibly change every year as well since it says after the date (that means this year would be 9/27 5/16/13). not a bad deal if you could get a good week during the winter for riding you would almost spend that in a motel for a week

Hey guys. This is the real deal. I have a cabin up there now so I don't need the condo. I'm only asking you to pay the $175 deed transfer fee and then, yes, you will need to pay your maintenance fee to Trading Places by November 1st. Then you can pick your week for the 2012/2013 season.

I bought this in 2003 for $800 at a foreclosure sale. My brother-in law also bought one. The annual fees were $365 a year then but have moved up a few times since. They did many upgrades the last few years but I think they're done. It's a fully stocked apartment/condo. Saved $$ cooking food and hanging out there. www.islandparkvillageresort.com. You can park and work on your sleds right outside your door. Trails are right there too. No trailing needed.

We've gone every winter and always had our choice of whatever week we wanted. It can be Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. It's a "flex" week so you can pick whatever week you want during the range. We usually go the week before the President's Day weekend crush. We've upgraded to a 2 bedroom a few times too for an additional $80 but you can only do that two weeks prior to your check-in day and it's based on availability. We've also exchanged our week for a condo in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com
><st1:country-region w:st=
Mexico and once to Hawaii<ST1:p through www.tradingplaces.com. It's been good but again, we don't need it since we're cabin owners now.

I can do a Quit Claim Deed form, get your info recorded with the County, submit the $175 to Trading Places and it's yours. The transfer process should only take a week or so.

Don't miss out! Anyone?

Thanks for the info Stefan, the misses and I are talking it over. A bit small for my needs, I have 6 kids, but I love IP and even if it wasn't winter, fall there and fishing Henry's Fork is something I like to do.
