Amazing............

Ok Boston an actual breakage. It happens. Then we have yours that actually broke and mine I abused and bent the mechanism (still worked)trying to jack a Yamaha out of a hard pack snow bank by the front.

Anybody else? Any actual pole failures?

I dont have any affiliation with powderjack. I just thought I would give them props for incredible customer service. That and I have lifted my Apex Mountain by the front more than a few times and seen the pole bend but not break and pop back into shape.

And if two customers with issues made a bad product, who would ride Polaris?

I have used a jack on my sled though....yes its true

we used one to pull the clutch after I broke the puller off in the clutch

PJ's customer service is awesome......no doubt about that. They have stood behind every problem. I am just getting tired of the problems.

I ran into Bill last spring on the trail and he took a look at my highjacker and said man you have used that thing a few times. I bought one of his original ones years ago at least 6 years ago and he said I have made some updates over the years and took his brand new one off his sled and handed it to me and swapped it out right there on the spot!! Cant beat that customer service! or the quality of the product!

"Those who say they don’t need a Harmon High Jacker better open their eyes or they will run in the back of that groomer their following!"

I have never needed one myself. Didnt think getting unstuck was all that difficult that I needed to waste time jacking up my sled. Just my 2 cents.:D

All you light weight freaks out there are driving this, everyone wants light weight, well we all should know by now what we get we when we have light weight???? Bottom line you get what you pay for. Diz I love your clutch puller, also works well as a trailer jack........ This thread sure has blown up.. :face-icon-small-sho

Maybe a discount on my high jacker for providing such a marketable photo. No need to explain the difference......just look at the pic

I bought a PJ, and can confirm the customer service. But it only worked properly once. Well, twice with the replacement. I'm not one to complain, he treated me right, but after #2 I knew it wouldn't do the job. I'm sure if I called him up he would take care of it. But that's not me. I feel that is a light duty jack, and may work well with lighter sleds. But the Apex tore it up. I bought the wrong product for my needs, it wasn't his fault.

I've been on the end of Bill's jack many, many times. It works flawlessly. I've seen a 5 y/o HJ lift a sled out of the snow that 4 beefy guys couldn't budge. It may be overkill for most, but when you really need it, it works. Bill's jack hands down is worth the money.
