Am I Missing Anything On My Build??

If it's pulling double duty as a car hauler I'd make certain to get an additional exit door in the middle on the drivers side so you can open your car door to get out after you pull the car in. Without the ability to open your car door it's nearly impossible to get out.

Dukes of hazard inside a trailer is a PITA

gas tank

I have a Mirage Extreme Snow and it has a 38 gallon fuel tank mounted to the frame between the axles. It has the hose part on the drivers side. One thing I would change is have a larger12 volt pump put in. or you'll get ticked off at the slow speed it fill up the tank. Also have a couple in line fuel filters installed in the hose.
Another thing I would consider since you said you travel 1000 per trip, probably from the Midwest where they put road salt on everything is to be sure to hose it down after your trip.
Also check the welds every so often. The flexing the trailers take is quite a bit. I have a Triton while in the Midwest and I had to have it welded at the joints from flexing and this was on an open four place.

Door

If you have an exit door for getting out of the car when loaded make sure the wheel wells are not too tall to open the car door, my dealer said most cars are too low to open the door cause it hits the wheel well of the trailer.

The first time I put my car in my trailer I had this exact problem. I cut two pieces of plywood the full width of the trailer and about three feet wide. I placed them so that the wheels were sitting on them when the car was right where I wanted it in the trailer. It worked perfectly and gave the door about 1/2" of clearance on the bottom.
