Anyone else lost their altimeter after the reflash on the 08 XP's. I knew I would lose the max rpm function, however the altimeter seems to be MIA also.

Same here.
Are you talking about doing an ignition recurve?? Because I had that done and didnt lose anything. I still have altimeter, max rpm, max speed. Everything
My whole gauge is all screwed up since the reflash, no RPM, Altimiter, etc.

I'm talking about the reflash that the dealer that was supposed to correct the gauges. Last season the trip meter kept reseting and the gauges would randomly change over to kilometers. I had read about losing the max rpm's feature (not great but i can live with it), but the altimeter is something I want. It is going back to the dealer again.
I heard that the Alt was so unreliable that they deleted it. I would be asking for some kind of refund. Good Luck!!
Its still in there, you just access it a little different. We didnt think the 09's had it, but after playing with the gauge a little bit we found it.

It was definitely gone. I messed with it for 3 days in Revy and the dealer tried it for 20 minutes. They hooked up to the computer again and now its back!
I know i don't have near the miles that most of you have, but did i get one of the few with almost no problems. my only failure were the grip heaters. one belt in 415 miles (only one cord pulled on the first belt) managable clutch heat, no rpm fluctuations, and my guages work fine.
Oops forgot about the weak rear shock the dealer fixed at the d.s. recall.
