Already broke 2013 CF rear bumper!

Well I pulled a Cat Poo Doo Yami Deere and hauled some beer but can't resist hijacking this site about a bumper on the rear!

Wow not many winters ago there were few to no after market bumpers.

A rear bumper off an M series looks great all polished up, best looking rear bumper you can put on a pro IMO. $55 and a few rivets, looks great, fits perfect. Light and strong.

I have a Scott Carbon Fiber full suspension mountain bike. Nearly everything on it is carbon fiber including the handlebars, seatpost, swing arm, frame, etc. This is my second Scott carbon fiber mountain bike. They are tough and they don't break. I also did not have issues with the bumber on my 11 Pro or my wife's 12 600 Pro. I towed sleds with my 11 and my wife towed me out with her 600 when I had an electrical glitch. No problems. However, if you scratch or score the bumper, you are going to break it eventually. I agree that they are too slick too. I think that they need to use a little thicker carbon fiber and put a roughed up surface on it. It can be done. I scratched my first Scott mountain bike pretty deeply in several places on rides in Idaho and Moab and it held up just fine. Maybe Polaris needs to compare notes with Scott or some of the other carbon fiber mountain bike manufacturers to come up with a more durable product and end this issue altogether, or take the easy route and go back to a metal bumper.

That does look good! But I would be careful about the bag, (weight) out on the end of your tunnel.:face-icon-small-ton
It does seem to be stronger, and no worries that sled is down the road, and the bag is not goin on the new one. Cant be under 400lbs if I have 15lbs of bag and gear on my tunnel

CF bumper broke

Was out in some very deep snow and seen my snow flap was sticking straight out bent it down and seen my bumper was cracked where the flap hits it I have pull out lots of sleds with it and have got it stuck lots. The flap looks like it could put lots of force on it.
