All Inclusive vacation?

Thinking about taking a 5-7 day all inclusive vacation this fall with some friends... I've looked around the internet but there are a million different packages all over the place. Anyone have any recommendations? Looking for someplace where we can relax, possibly pay for some extras like scuba diving, motor sports, sight seeing...ect. Everyone in the group likes to have fun so younger crowds are ok... no kids.
Don't want to break the bank... just want to relax and have fun. Due to work we are thinking late October - November.:face-icon-small-hap

In my opinion cruises are the way to go! They are cheap, all-inclusive, and every day you wake up in a new exotic place and can leave all your crap on the ship and head out! Plus all the entertainment on the ship is awesome. We try to do at least 1 a year. Go to VacationsToGo.com and find an awesome deal.

A cruise for sure.
Definately check Costco.

If you are going to the islands...DEFINATELY book an all-inclusive.

DON'T go to Jamaica without staying at one of those...
The moment you step outside of the airport or outside the resort...those fugn people there will drive you nuts trying to sell you drugs.

We stayed at a Sandals in Antiqua...really liked that.
All the food, beverage and booze you wanted...ALL paid for with your package. :)
DON'T go there on your honeymoon in JUne...you won't have a good enough suntan and you will be taking a bath in aloevera gell and sleeping without sheets cause your sunburn will be so nasty. :( LOL And that's ALL you'll be doing.

DEFINATELY all-inclusive in the Caribbean. Definately.

We did a 14 day cruise. Grandparents took everyone for Christmast one year. AWESOME, but not enough time in one place.

We'd like to hit St. Lucia for more than a day.

The problem with cruises is that they seem like a good deal but they aren't really all inclusive...having to tip at the end and weird booze charges. MEXICO...cheap short flight from Idaho...try hitting up any of the RIU hotels on google. Good food and service and depending on where you go (a Riu Palace compared to a regular Riu) usually top shelf booze. Cabo for fishing and 4 wheelers, cancun for jetskiing and snorkling. Good Luck!

I have done both cruises (Royal Caribbean) and all-inclusive resorts (Sandals St. Lucia). I would recommend going to a Sandals. It is truly all inclusive except for some of the optional activities. When I went to Sandals St. Lucia even the diving was at no cost. The food was excellent with several different types of food at each resort. The one we were at had French, Caribbean, American, and 2 other styles of food that I can't remember. There was also another Sandals on the island that had several dining facilities that we could eat at. The Italian was awesome. Even the golf was free.

A week long hunting/fishing trip at a remote fly in lodge in Alaska!!! There is one little language barrier you will need to prepare for...Snowmachine VS. Snowmobile

Great ideas... I will check Costco for deals, I should have thought of that one... I use to work there and my wife still does.
