airbox/ pods ?

I run pods on my 800 and sometimes in deep snow i am woundering
if the intake air thas not get contamined with the exhoust it looks
like the exhoust gas could rise right to the pods
i am thinking air box sucking coold air from the top would be better

Wrong.

Air box intake is forward bottom, under carbs.

Keep the pods.
