Air vent material

what material do you guys use to make air vents for hoods and belly pans is any body making vents for gen2's thanks

Try 2Cool AirVents out of Idaho. Great people, awesome products. You pay for the product, but it's worth it. Lifetime warranty on the mesh material. You rip it, send it in, they fix for free. Had mine for a year now. Major heat reduction. Good stuff:-)

We actually have designed vents for the bellypan sides for the Gen II - give us a call! 208-587-8584. We are happy to help you out!

Thanks tons Turbo for the compliment - our main goal is to get and keep happy customers as we too have been the victims of bad customer service in the sled industry.

I would like to clarify the replacement - we do warranty our product and will do everything we can to keep you happy as our customer! However, it's not exactly free - we do charge a small fee for fixing them. For example, on an Arctic Cat M sled, if you get a rip or something, it is $20 per side plus shipping back to you. We will ship back slow or fast, whatever you choose.

The other thing is, in the 4 years we have been in business, we haven't had to repair many. A few of them have been due to rider error :) and a few have been pretty good wrecks - not many that just get a hole as the material is REALLY TOUGH!

We are also working on MANY new vents that are not on our website - so if you need something, just let us know. We might either be working on it or have it done!

Shock vent is $40 with free shipping until August 31.
Front hood vents are $55 for the set of three - free shipping until August 31.

If those aren't the ones you mean, let me know what you mean by the nose cone and i'll let you know!
