Where is the best place to mount my a/f sensor on the MPI 180 turbo kit?? I was told to mount it before the muffler but after the turbo. Would appreciate if anyone had any good locations or even pictures.
Thanks
Chris

thats how i mounted mine. ill try to get it apart today to get some pics for you (how do i add pics to a post?) it wasnt too bad to get it in there a little grinding and then shorten up the bung to get the probe to stick through far enough. then some VERY carefull welding, which my buddy who welds for a living did. the only thing i had trouble with is the hex it hit the weld when threading it in. i believe i have it mounted at close to 10 oclock +or- a bit. it clears the cover that way. like i said ill try for some pictures today.

I said screw it and mounted it pre turbo. I know this is a no no but I've ran them pre turbo before with no problems, other than a little shorter sensor life. There just wasn't enough room for me and my wire feed to get in post turbo.

here you go hope this helps. probe is between 9 and 10 oclock. sorry for the poor pictures had to use my phone. probe sticks into the exhaust stream about a 1/4 inch
