Air Force Velocity Stack

Day two with the new stack on a 2020 sx450 w/137SS kit shop bike , RP full exhaust system , C3 ECU. Ran incredibly strong pulled another gear most the day , A definite performance gain , Again needed to add juan click to the low fueling as it had a slight lean bog off the bottom which tells me its flowing more air, Ran flawless all day in very deep fresh .
What intake where you running before?

stock and C3 . C3 is a good intake for the value that wont plug up, Air force took it to another level.

Something many have ignored , Its not just all bout hP, but for my riding RPM is most important, The 450 will rev to the moon Butt it needs air and fuel to do so , 2-3 Hp gains are noticeable but more noticeable is the RPM gain, It adds significant track speed in ewer climbing gear, The over rev can grab another 5-7 mph track speed easily if motor is free to spin . On a CVT clutch it will maintains peak HP, A gearbox is quite different.

Does anyone have recommended settings running the velocity stack with a PR2 programed Vortex on a bored throttle body? I’ve been happy running stock intake with a cut opened air box for years. However, the snow has been so deep and light that’s it’s been restricting flow at times. I have a velocity on its way. 2016 FC 450/22 Yeti 129FR

Mine instantly required adding juan click to the low fueling on C3 ecu which showed its pulling more air, Runs fantastic worth the coin. all our PR2 run rich so it may actually correct the fueling a bit .

I love Juan Click, ha. Your, right about PR2 being rich. I had dropped all settings to 4 previously, seemed to run well there with the stock intake. If I don’t get any advice here, I’ll play with it and follow up.
Thanks
