Air Bubble in Oil Line at Tank Outlet

Need some info from owners who have had this.
14 Assault RMK
Keep getting a 12 to 15mm long bubble right at tank outlet on main injection line.
It's using roughly 50 or 55:1 (VES synthetic) all the time when I check fuel to oil used.
I have gotten the air bubble out at oil tank outlet a few times. 1x by bleeding and 1x by removing line at tank and filling line, its messy but works. I thought I had resolved it both times.
Every time I ride it keeps coming back.
My vent in cap is working as the ball is loose and knocks the vent spicket, and I put another cap on from my shift. Same results.
I never checked my 12 maybe it did this all the time and I never knew it. I happened to look a few weeks ago when I had my hood off and noticed it. Now it's driving me nuts? Any suggestions or recommendations. Thanks.

I had this happen on Dragon. Oil bubble would return no matter what I did.

I finally modified the vent in the oil cap. Installed an external vent. Problem solved.

The vents in these caps do not open often enough.

The engineers at Polaris were on something when they designed that vented cap. Horrible design. Get the Paaso Racing vented cap or separate vent line. I installed Paaso's seperate vent line just last night:
