I have a 2005 SKI Doo Summit Highmark 1000 162". Love the sled, I'm looking for a performance can to put on it. Which ones work? Which ones should I stay away from? Thanks for the replys.

I have a TSS can on my sled...sounds great and only weights 4.2 lbs....
Your stock can should weight approx 23 pounds cause that is what mine was...

on any can you get you will not get a big performance gain...maybe 1HP if your lucky on some...the main thing to look for is that you dont loose any performance...some cans you can lose up to 3-5HP...

I have the <quiet> Thing can on mine , nice and quiet idle and nice sound when you get on it, not tooo loud
I have a new ceramic coated NPP can for sale(RT1000).It comes with a built in cooker.Fairly quite --$250 + shipping .I can PM some pictures.
I have a Dynoport can that works well. Sounds very nice as well.

I have a THING on mine--works awesome as far as holding the HP when getting up in elevation--much better than stock for sure. I ride a lot of elevation changes in my travels riding--from 2000' to 10,000'. The volume level is just right IMO. Nice fit and you can get in flat black or ceri-chrome.

i will take it is it ceramic coated they really work i have a snow stuff rumble pack and its not responsive on the bottom i tried my brothers hps and i could not belive it

I have a Dyno Port for sale
I have a pretty much new used @250 miles ceramic coated Dyno Port muffler that really worked great, fit perfect, and sounded real good without being overly loud. It made a big difference in throttle response, and cleaned up the powerband.
DP makes two models, and mine is the large volume unit, saves 12 or 13 lbs.
I put on CS Twins and dont need it anymore. $175.00USD plus shipping
I also have the stock single pipe for sale - $100.00USD plus shipping
