Aftermarket bars on a '07 or '08 RMK

I have spent some seat time on a '09 & '10 RMK and love the ProTaper bars. Has anyone put on a set of aftermarket bars that are close to the same or feel? I am looking at upgrading to a straighter bar like the Pro Tapers. Anyone have any ideas?

RSI and Pro Tapers are great. I bent my 07 D7 bars the first day out. They are very weak. So I bought fabcraft bars. They worked great because they make the mountain strap and that strap connects very easily. They are steel, but if you like your grip warmers, it is a better way to go. I have Pro Tapers on my D8 and my grip warmers work 1/2 as well as they did on my Fabcraft bars.

RSI ftw. About half the price of pro tapers and nearly identical. Here are a couple pics of them on my room mates 07 D7.

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics. Hope this helps

RSI/FABCRAFT/PROTAPER vs stock bars

Anyone know the degree pull back and rise of the ProTaper bars that come from factory on the Polaris Dragon RMK in '09 & '10 so I can match up as closely as possible??

just go protaper. They are the best, and have GREAT warranties. I complained to a pro-taper rep about my bars being bent and he gave me a free set.

I have got a set of pro tapers sitting in my garage if interested i might sell them , I had put them on my wifes 06 then took them off to sell sled now they are just sitting on shelf .

stock black bars- non ProTaper.

10 degree pullback and 6.75" rise.

Okay- anyone know the rise and pullback of the stock bars on the '07 & '08 RMK's or the non-dragonRMK's?
I have these bars and they kill my wrists when I ride hard, jump alot or huck alot.

i just put a set on my 08 700 dragon. the ones i bought had the hand warmers and grips on them still. i bought a 2.38" riser off ebay thats off an 08 Polaris trail trail sled. this set up is great and i'm 6'4 but my shorter friends like it too. i had the stock 3.75" riser on and made it work rerouting the wires buts its just a little too tight. evan the stock brake controls work but you will need to do just a little filing to get them just right. also i like mine puller back fairly far but i really thinkn its helps control it better. hope this helps some
