After market light that plugs directly into harness?

You probably will not have luck finding one pre configured...

I believe that the 850 uses an H13 bulb??

Just buy a connector kit... and install it on the aftermarket light you want.

Seal the pins on the backside with some RTV after you assemble the connector.

7k??? Really?

If it really is 7k lumen I feel bad for any on coming trail riders haha. That's a lot of daylight. I've seen there 1k headlamps very impressive.
