AEM Air Fuel

I shortened the lead from the 02 sensor ( because it was about 20 ft long)
and now the gauge doesn't read? is the o2 sensor a resistance sensor, this would probable be my problem if this is the case. has anybody tried this with success?

I would also like to know the answer. I just zip tied my rolled up excess wiring for fear the guage wouldn't read right. I'd get a hold of AEM to find out.

I'm going to double check my wiring, but it was all color codded. who knows, I think I may have been a ways into a box of beer when I was doing it.
