Beaumont is an awesome place to be. Very quick commute to where you are looking at working. AB boy has a sweet place for sale down the street from me!

2 Blocks from the CN tower?, you must be paying through the roof for a spot like that. Newmarket is a great area to get into, not to far from the city, and getting closer to some rideable snow. With all the lakes in cottage country you can have some major fun with a jet ski!, good choice.
Most of the rentals I have seen are only touring sleds or low cc machines, gets old quick riding the pavement and bumpy trails lol.
Well... the company is paying through the nose... $4800 a month!!! I don't have ANY expenses other than food while I am here and they company will pay for meals out too! Pretty sweet deal.
I think that we will enjoy Newmarket. we have a ton of my co-workers that own property on the water north of where we live! Should be good.
I may have to work on finding a high hp sled for a day or 2!
