Adjustable Pin Kits - Too long?

Hey guys, got an adjustable pin kit and the pins are longer than the standard Ski Doo pins. This is the first time I have ever used one of these kits, usually just get the heavier pins but wanted to see if these actually work. I have run it through a cycle by hand and as far as I can tell, the pins don't hit anything inside, they are longer than the stockers by about 1.5 mm on each end and don't let the arms fall all the way back into the spaces on the spring cup (they stop on the sides of the cup). I don't think it is a problem because there is still a play before they engage the ramps though, which is ultimately determined by the motor RPM. Anybody else have an adjustable pin kit that is the same? I don't think this is an issue (not returning all the way to the bottom) since the movement of the arms only becomes a factor when the clutch engages so long as they engage in the same spot on the ramps? From not running to engagement, shouldn't matter if the arms don't return all the way to the bottom, so long as they disengage the ramps. Anyone have an adjustable kit and anyone have the same issue? Just want to make sure this is how they fit before I bolt the clutch back on and pull the cord.... :)

Thanks.

Will be fine. There used to be (and probably still are) some kits that stick out alot more and the issue is hittin inside the governor cup on lower clicker number with certain ramps. But they stick out about twice as far as what you describe. :beer;
