Adjustable front end on 2010 Assault?

Hi, I have a 2010 Assault.
I have been told that I have adjustable front end on my sled.
But I can`t figure out where to adjust it.
Have taken of the skis and there is no spacers between the skis and spindles.
I thought there was plastic spacers there I could move from the outside to the inside of the ski to make it a inch or two more narrow, or am I totally wrong?

Yes that is how it normally works, there is two small puck style spacers you move to one side or to the other, or one on each side of the spindle. if you dont have these then your ski stance is not adjustable

Every places I have been reading about the sled, they all say it has the adjustable stance.
But all I can see is a big one piece aluminum pipe going through the end of the spindle where the ski is bolted up. No spacers... :(

If your front end set up is the stock set up, with original spindles and Gripper skis, it should be adjustable. On my 2009 Assault, it has the 2 puck style spacers on either side of each spindle.

You should my 2010 assault does the guy I bought it from had it set wide and I changed it to the narrow setting the spacers were stuck on there though had to tap them off.

Okay, I will take another look at that :D
For me it looked like it was one entire metal piece. No plastic spacers. But it looked like it was metal washers then :P Maybe they are just stuck and like you said, I have to tap them of :)

The spacers are metal not plastic. 2ea per ski allowing you to have three different spacings (both inside=wide, 1 in + 1 out=middle, both out=narrow).

With the road salts and all, I have seen them corroded to the sleeve / bushing. To where you need to cut the sleeve to get them off and buy a new sleeve to put it back together.

Will take another look at that when I come home from army practice in the end of next week :)
If they haven`t been touched since the sled was new, I can understand if the parts are stuck.

You have a 2010, so your sleeves may be okay, but you do need to grease them up. I removed my sleeves and bushings and greased them up before every season, and still had to replace them last year. There is no other way to grease both inside and outside of the sleeves other than removing them.
