Does anyone make an add on cooler for the 13 Pro with a 163 track. Even with the scratcher's down the temperature still climbs up there and jumping off the trail to cool it down, it takes a long time for the temps to drop.
would the $28 fix it kit work as well.
Thanks

Would this work?

a nice looking aluminum or thick plastic box bolted on to the top of the tunnel. This box would have an open bottom and a hinged lid. This box could be filled with snow and transfer the cooling to the coolant through the top of the tunnel coolers. The box could be put on just for spring riding or a waterproof bag could be inside for storage the rest of the season. I wouldn't want is more than 6 inches high and it would need to be 18 inches long, tunnel width, with rolled edges so it is not a sharp hazard.

Cooler

What I guess I should have said is there a way to put another heat exchanger on the tunnel or the Pro RMK's

Yes, we build one it is a weld in design and increases your cooling by 30% right in the rear. Kit is 349.00 if you are interested.

Brad that looks really good.

Do you have any way to quantify the drop in coolant temps?

Your sled will always run a minimum of 125 degrees because of the thermostat. With my big motors my sled just run consistent there all the time even with 910 and my 1100 twins on hard pack snow.

Well I knew that but obviously you have had to through snow on your tunnel a few times and wondered if you thought this would help for those who did not want to go to such a drastic measure to deal with overheating?

Brad;
How do you support the end of the tunnel section when you have to cut out the part of the square tubing water jacket. Someone on this thread was saying that the Vanamburg cooler has the tubing welded all the way across.
Thanks

The square tubing is just welded to each cooler. I just cut them off one inch out and weld on the new supplied 90,s then the cooler just rivets on to the tunnel with supplied rivets. Also our cooler uses the stock rivets in the center so the only rivets you will see is the ones on the out side. Also we will sell the coolers in the summer months for 299.00

Brad;
By cutting out that square section of tubing that goes all the way across the back of the tunnel ,it doesn't weaken the end of the tunnel. Can you PM me you shops address and shipping cost to Montana 59457
Thanks
