Has anyone else on here had an issue with them not holding true on the jackets they promised on a 2015 snow check sled?

I have asked for my jacket over and over with no results. I'm starting to get cold and now I feel it's time for me to go public with this.

I'm talking Idaho Falls, ID. They wouldn't let up on the need for me to come and get my sled, but they just are not holding up their end of the deal. They keep telling me that my size isn't in...

Last time I checked, Klim made more than one variation of jacket.
