Access to Sugarloaf?

Can any of you let us know if the trails are in good enough shape to access Sugarloaf/Miner's Ridge from the Plain/Fish Lake area?

If the trails are too munched is it worth going up from Eagle Creek?

its always worth going to eagle creek its only like 7 miles to french carrall oppeses to 22 which by the end of the day is always the worst trail around!!!
