AC 1100 T Clutching

Can anyone tell me what the new 1100T has for clutching? What helix, primary spring and secondary spring? Does it use the same clutches as previous years or all new design?

What are u guys doing when adding the "box"

anyone tried it? adding weight or different weights...what kinda boost we seeing here? Got one in the shop now....need some info please.

Been playing with one with a box and straight pipe. 18 pounds of boost, pump gas..pretty much limited on pump fuel and the stock system at that boost. Also leaned it way down...was running roughly 10:1 af... Put the stock can back on today and got some light deto.
Out of the box this sled seemed like it ran too low of rpm, so when we added boost and the straight pipe, simply let the motor turn more revs. It is really close too the limiter now and probably needs some weight. Havent wanted too dig too deep into the clutching just yet...We arent done getting the setup dialed on this thing and my gut tells me there is a bunch more laying around in little details...before we stick a real turbo on it.

We dont have enough time on the sled too have a good feel for where the clutching needs too go. Clutch faces are the cleanest I have ever seen after the first 100 miles. Temps dont seem too terrible. I have not looked at the ramp, springs or helix yet.

As far as clutch design, im not positive but I dont think the primary is anything different??
The secondary is the new Proclimb setup (very similar too a Doo QRS that is removable)

I see on Black Diamond and Daltons websites they are building helix's for them. Anyone ordered or heard any details? Curious what size helix's they are building? I know a couple of guys that are running Daltons, one with a 2871 is completely loaded at 102 grams, still hitting the rev limiter with boost turned right down. Needs some clutch work to load the engine. From what I understand, the secondary is different from previous years...

The following parts come in the following 1100T sleds:

1100T Mountain
Helix - 42*/40* (0748-747)
Secondary Spring - Blue 202/284 LB (0646-813)
Primary Spring - Yellow/White (0646-229)

F1100
Helix - 44*/40* (0748-750)
Secondary Spring - Blue 202/284 LB (0648-813)
Primary Spring - Yellow/White (0646-229)

Z1 XLR
Helix - 48*/40* (0748-687)
Secondary Spring - Blk/Gold Stripe 75/275 LB (0646-433)
Primary Spring - Orange 175/280 LB (0648-713)

Thanks,
DL

What elevation are you running? What 'box' you running? At 9500ft and only a straight pipe our sled hit 18-20lbs pretty commonly on a climb and AFR's are usually in the 12's.
