TEAM works fine on the REV's. What is your problem?
If you ratchet and grind the TEAM when in reverse, you are probably trying to engage the reverse before you lock up the track, on my 06 REV w/TEAM you must first lock the track up if moving and feather in the reverse, and you cannot high rev the Rpm or it will grind.
