So I bought this set of AAEN pipes a couple years ago and the guy I bought them from told me they were for a ZR 700 (which I own). I finally got around to installing them this year and they didn't fit properly... So I took some pictures of them and sent them to AAEN and they told me they were for 1998 model ZR 600. (Part number PIA10274 and they don't build these anymore!) Along with their reply I got the instruction sheet covering jetting, clutching, etc.
The pipes are in fine shape but they do have the short flanges welded on. I do not know if they were put on a different sled or if it was simply done to eliminate exhaust leaks. So they may be a direct bolt on or modification may be required. I am asking $150 and would welcome anyone to come test fit the pipes before purchasing. Pipes are located in west-central WI.
