A sinking foundation

I found out why my stucko and inside wall's are showing crack's
One of my basement walls has sunk about an inch
I guess somehow it need's to be jacked back up into place
Any expert's on the forum?

Depends on your soil, usually the cheapest and most effective way is to drill helicals. Pretty much a big metal screw that bores down into stable soil.

You trying to stop it/stabilize it?? or bring it back? Makes a difference.

If you're just going to freeze it, pin piles work well. If it's a small area (such as a corner, or one side), we usually end up driving 2" piles. The attachment to the existing foundation is simple, any one of a half dozen ways. Digging is the hardest work.

Either grip tite or helical will work, I just cant find anyone nearby who does this work
What's it worth to install 3 or so of those? (roughly), easy access, about 10 foot wall

Try these guys.. see if they have a contractor in the area.

Actually, now that I think about it, he runs a concrete pumping business. I'll call him today and see who they work with that they like...and that pay their bills.
