WOW thanks everyone! I really love the compliments If there is one thing I love as much as sledding is photography. I think I was closer to that bear than some of the elk, It was really early in the morning, the light was bad and I was shooting it through the trees, we where the only ones that saw it. It was one big fat bear, ready to crawl into a cave for the winter, I missed a grizzly chasing some elk about a half hour later, but stopped and talked to guy that had some relly cool shots of it., He is supposed to email me some.

Those are some great shots. Looks like a great time of year. We were up there at Hebgen Lake in July. We love animals, they taste great!!
That is one fat bear! The best sign we saw on the way in the park was "don't stop Eagles trying to nest" There were two accidents from idiots jamming on there breaks to view the Bald Eagles. Got to love people!
