What is every one using on there MCX turboed apex for wideband air/fuel ratio gauges.
Witch brand is the better band.

A/R Gauge

Where did you mount your sensors. AEM gauge i have said sensor mounted behind turbo. But we know that it can't be there. Also what sensor is it bosch or Ngk. I have 310 kit and will be running 100% c-12.

help my guage is not working, cycles at start up and then just shows rich.is this a burned out probe?

if you put the sensor in fresh air what does it do? Perhaps try leaving it out of the hole, start your sled and stick the sensor into the hole a bit and see what the numbers do. If it goes right down to 10 something then rich perhaps your sled is actually running really really rich.

it can go behind turbo just fine. how far back from the turbo is yours mounted?

couple inches, had it out for a quick run up and down the grass and it never moved off of rich.checked around the wires seem good.guess will have to order new one.will try pulling it is is possible to clean, old owner ran race gas mix and he replaced once allready!:(going to the mountains in 2 weeks how important is it if not working?

what does it show when you first start up the sled after its been sitting for a while? It should ramp up and then go to air or lean, i cant remember exactly what is says as im up north working.

you have the mcx right? You cant change fueling on that thing anyway so i would say its not as important as it would be on say my rb3 setup.

You may need a new sensor. Race gas (lead) kills sensors. Stock Nytro with MCX and headshim will run rich at idle (mine does anyway), but once going it should show over 12.

The prologger would be more appealing if it weren't so big.

A small guage would be easier to locate.

I have an innovations and all it does if flash at me. Not sure how to troubleshoot it since I didn't get the paperwork with the sled.

well i found the problem with my gauge.changed the sensor and same thing rich and never moves, got seriosly pizz off and started to pull the box and guage off to replace.as i'm undoing some tape i find a rubbed spot, spliced and good to go.now my guage is sitting at 13.9 to 14.2 at idle thats pretty lean yes?i have heard that might be the reason nytros are hard to start in cold weather.any thoughts?and also this sled was flashed for 10,000 ft and i'm sitting at 2000 ft and ride 5 to 7000 normally,no head shim.maybe i should sent back for a reflash?

I run at high 12's at idle. About 12.8 Never had an issue. If your gauge is correct, that seams awful lean for idle. Try turning your fuel pressure up at your regulator while at idle before sending in for a reflash.

i run the prologger...it is big but i like it. plus, i can increase/decrease boost from it as well. it does cycle up for 30 seconds plus lets you record up to 10 pulls then, when you get back to the bottom, you can 'watch' your A/F, Boost and RPM frame by frame to see how everything was chillin.

got mine from dustin at outlaw motorsports.

what are your numbers on a pull at full boost?

Aem starts up and works fine for a bit then sometimes 2 somethimes 5min later is shows 3 dashes like this across the screen ---

Put a new sensor on and same thing same thing with the gauge put a new gauge unit on and it does the same thing????

Also I had it read 15 WOT one time and the sled is not poping or anything like if it was that lean anyone have any ideas?? The coating on the outside of the wires is not burnt or nicked or anything???

Ground problem??

Thanks
