I believe the bolts are a SAE grade 8 (six slash marks on the bolt head) 3/8 diameter. Although i do not have a definative answer for your question, i can tell you that based on the lower a arm bolts being a grade 8 with a maximum tensile strength of 150,000 psi, the maximum torque for that bolt in ft lbs for clean dry threads is 44 ft lbs for a 3/8 16 thread pitch and 48 ft lbs for a 3/8 24 thread pitch. Of course torque specs will be less for bolts that have oil or lubrication on them than for clean dry bolts. With that all being said, i recently purchased a set of Zbroz A arms and installed them torqueing the A arm to frame bolts at 46 ft lbs.
