995 1500 RAD CRANKSHAFT 76mm STROKE 136mm Rods

Brand new in the box RAD/Polaris 76mm Stroke 136MM Rod Length.

5-7/8 inch between centers.

I Also have one with with 5 - 1/2 inch between center.

These were used in many 995 motors, and the same parts were used to Build 1500Cc Tripples.

I have plenty of parts to build a few new 1500Cc 76mm Stroke crankshafts.

Crankshop also used this combo for some of their motors.

Hello, I would need to know a few things about your motor.

#1 - center to center between spark plugs.
#2 - stroke
#3 - rod length ( center to center )
#4 - Rod wrist pin bore I.D.
#5 - what type of center seal does your motor use ?
#6 - clutch taper & clutch bolt size & length.

995,1085 and 1155 are 1/2" wider than the polaris big block twins.
The 925, 990 and 1500 use the 136mm rod.
The 1085 and 1155 use the Honda CR 500 rods. I think 144mm.
All are 20mm wrist pin. All should have the genuine Honda upper rod bearing in them. The aftermarket ones are a bit narrower and some have one narrower yet that use a thrust washer on each side.
Clutch taper on all is 30mm.
The bolt is smaller than standard Polaris. I think they are 12x1.25. I can measure one if needed.

Thanks Wayde, There you have it Lida.... By the sound of what Turbotator said the 1085 is 1/2 wider and thats what this crankshaft measures.

So yes this should fit your motor.

cool its a spare crank ,my oil pump went out on decell and just stoped
