Looking for the torque setting for 99 rmk 700 primary also anyone had issuse's with the bolt backing out?

Clean up the crank end with some scotch brite, same on the inside of clutch. You can use a dab of Lock-tite Blue if your mounting bolt is backing out
Too high. 45 ft lbs on the primary is what is called for in the service manual. I have never had a bolt back out.
Service manual may say 45 but Polaris changed it in a service bulletin to 80 for the 8, and 900's may be the 700's too.
80 is not too high, but 45 is probably adequate.
Retorque it after you run it for a bit. You will be amazed how loose it is after just a couple minutes run time.
