Your sled appears to be extremely clean, did you have to regear for the longer track? Did you do a tunnel extension? What about the condition of the clutch? My sons 550 lost a piston and I am not sure it is worth repairing.

I just sold the sled today, but it was a sweet sled for a 99' 500. You could have eatin off that thing
