Have a 98 Xplorer 300 ATV that is my father in laws. It seized up! I plan on helping him take it apart to inspect and replace damage. Already spec'd up parts etc. But not knowing much about Polaris vehicles I would appreciate any pointers to tearing this thing down??
Any help or gotchas would be appreciated.
A start to getting this engine out of the chassis? What plastic/parts etc need to be removed first other than the obvious hoses, wires, clutch, etc??
