9175M with 7 tooth drivers

I am seriously considering installing the 9175M with 7 tooth drivers on my 2015 PRO 163. I have a few questions/concerns. Going to the 7 tooth drivers will change the track angle, how much is it and is it of any concern. How much if any vibration will be encountered. Thanks in advance

the correct Power claw drivers will not induce vibration in the drivetrain if the track/drivers are centered correctly.

Track angle difference is minimal and not an issue in my experience of running this very track/driver combo.

Also... NO you cant run 8 Tooth drivers with this track.

Also... you will need to make sure that you keep the track tension correct to stock specs... and maintain that tension every ride for the first 10 rides and check every few there after.

The combo drivers do mean you can run your track looser... Loose tracks perform poorly compared to correct tension....Regardless of the wives tales that say that it rolls easier on the shop floor or on the stand.

thanks MH, Curt at FTX will be installing the drivers on one of his hex shaft that I had purchased from him a few years back for my 13 PRO, so it should be centered correctly, I think I will give the 9175 a try

Do your drivers look like this?

This is the only type that will work work with the 9175 or X3 or PowerClaw tracks...With the Hex shaft.
