900

so, i'm looking at geting a 04 rev 151 with blown motor. what do you guys think about installing a 04 900 cat motor. its a low mile no mod motor and works real good but its in a 1m cat and that holds me back in the type of riding i like to do. one of my friends has a 06 doo its real nice to ride, but my cat eats it on the hill, but riding them back to back the doo is the one i would ride if i had a choice.

Im sitting at the shack in Revvy and see this 07Xrs come slowly down the trail, sounding like my 70 hp johnson pontoon boat motor (3 cylinder) and the guy pulls up and you hear the slight sound of a turbo, he shuts off.

I walk over and chat the guy up "show me under the hood please"; the guy stuffed a Yammy Nytro turbo under the hood, had to modify some brackets but it fit in there like it was made for it.

Now if that's a standard that one can go by for fitting biggest engine under a Rev hood, then If you can stuff that cat engine in there (and it was free) I would say go for it.

Make the effort to fit a TRA-3 onto the crankshaft and give me a shout for help in clutching, I would loooOOooove to help
Joey
