900 swap out?

Just curious if anyone has junked there 900 and installed a different motor in there rmk? The chassis I think is really tough , so im wondering if my BB ultra triple will mount in? The 900 laydown design may be odd to mount something else in im thinking.

Let me know what you've done or seen Thanks

Thanks guys, this motivates me to look into it a little more!! My bud has a 900 chassis no motor or rear skid, I have an ultra slp 800 in need of chassis repair. My ultra has the extra lite suspension already with a 156 camo extreme. could be a really fun set up! Thanks again

Just remember, Its not going to be like dropping in a new 900 motor. It is going to be a lot of work. A bunch of stuff will have to be changed to get the new motor to fit properly and still allow everything else to work. Good luck and have fun with your project. Take your time and do it right so that you can really appreciate it.
