when i fired up my sled today it ran fine for a little bit then died out, pulled again and ran for a minute like it always does than bawwww. tried a third time and if i throttled up just a smigin it stays runnin, my Q is can i unhook that little kill switch that goes with the throttle

Probably not the kill switch (or the TPS-throttle position sensor)...usually when that craps out the sled will idle fine but bog out when throttle is applied.

Has it just come out of storage? Wondering if its just old fuel or dirty injectors. Just a quick guess though

unplugged the wires that go to the kill, little button behind the trottle and presto no prob

What you are looking at is the TORS It is supposed to prevent run-aways in the case of a stuck cable. Like ccpowder said, make sure you have some slack in the throttle cable and also check you o-rings at the pivot pin.

i can turn lock to lock and no diff i did tugh on the t cable and it has (what i think) is enough slack. ive never changed anything from the previous 4 years i think im going to wire in a tether just in case
