It almost sounds like the track is hitting up by my right foot when riding. Track is not actually hitting. But it is a constant dick that gets faster as sled speeds up. Any ideas? Anybody else hearing a noise like this. It is a chain case 3” paddle. Possible something coming apart in chain case?

Just put it on a stand and run it slow and see where the noise is coming from.

Could be the Hyfax has came loose and is hitting the track clips, or maybe you lost the plastic cap off the end of the rail and the clips are hitting the hyfax hard.
Many things can cause something like this, even a chunk out of the drive belt can sound and feel like this.
Also take a look at the drivers on the drive shaft, make sure one hasnt moved or slipped.

First ride out and mine has a ticking noise as well. It too is a 3" with chain case. It didn't appear to have an effect on performance but noticed it about an hour or so into the ride.
I'll check the track tension.

Track tension is good. Didn't hear any ticking noises on todays ride. I like it when they fix themselves.

In certain snow conditions, this can happen. Track windows rubbing the edge of the hyfaxes. That’s why it “fixed” itself.
