800 lightweight silencer

Anyone replacing this with an aftermarket silencer? And does anyone know if I can run one on my 2012 600 Switchback? I've "heard" this can be done, but has anyone actually done it? One place I looked up part numbers (ken's sports) listed the same part number for the 600 RMK and my Switchback, but the Polaris parts fiche is messed up so I couldn't get any info from it. Thanks!

OK, I double checked the Polaris website's parts fiche this morning, and it worked - but it lists the same part number for the 800 and 600 Pro RMK's silencer, pipe and manifold. Can this be possible?
