Just picked up a 14 holdover and would like to drop a little weight, looked on you tube at some sound bites and liked the sound of the ggb trail can. don't want anything real loud, had a slp can on my IQ700 and liked that, any other sound bites out there? pros and cons of putting a can on the pro.:help:

Check out the diamond s titanium cans if you are serious about dropping weight.

Lot's of reading on the subject here on the forums. Do a search and you will have reading material for days on which can is lighter, louder, quieter, etc.

just a heads up on the SLP can. If you have an aftermarket head that raises the compression Anything over stock do not use the SLP can. It puts too much heat back in the engine and makes it hit the DET sensor. During a climb this will shut down the motor and you go over the bars :) Took us 2 weeks to figure this out on a new 15. Swapped cans (HPS) with another 15 and fixed the one sled and made the other sled with no previous issues start doing the same thing. Eric

The Diamond S ti lite is very loud, I can't speak for their quiet version. I like my Skinz can.

The Diamond s quiet is not loud, more than stock but not loud.

I like the stock noise so i went with the Quiet can, it is louder but within my comfort range.

I agree, here's the Ti Pro Quiet can in my sled. Gotta love how Ti reacts to heat. Changes a little more with every ride. Oh and it weighs 3lbs 4oz. My SLP can, part of the single pipe system, was 7lbs 4 oz as a comparison.

Are you running an slp pipe or stock with the diamond s can?

I am looking to replace the stock pipe but I need one that will work with the DS can and slp sells theirs as a set for some reason.
