800 BB HP Areo 53

Looking to change over to a 800 Polaris BB Areocharger 143n300--what do they put out for HP at 7lbs boost on 110 fuel-8000 ft-I know turbo to small but so is the rider--Thanks!

I don't know much about areo's but you shouldn't need 110 at 8k and 7lbs. you can run pump gas.

I would give the Aerocharger guys a call. They are a good group of guys and will steer you in the right direction. Starting off with a turbo too small can cause some side affects. i would also consult with them on pressure levels vs octane. Too small a turbo can increase charge temps and make the motor more likely to detonate.

I would not recommend running a 53 series turbo on an 800cc engine at that elevation and boost level. That turbo can work for 5-6psi but I would not push it further. We always install 66 series turbos on 800cc engines.
