On a more generic note about the 520, I wouldn't expect too much from it. It makes more torque down low but barely enough to pull an extra gear on the snow. They don't make a whole lot more useable power up top over the 450. That said I do like it on the dirt as the fatter bottom end allows you to short shift the bike and use the torque. Its not a single track motor but who builds a 520 for single track. If I put the bike back together again it'll probably end up as a 450 again. I wouldn't waste the money on a 520.

My 520 is sic, got 39 flawless snow hours on engine and it hasn't skipped a beat. Able to grab a gear higher everywhere over stock. Got even better with the PR2 ecu. Thought they should get some love, Travis customer service was great, and in my experience has a solid product.

Would be very interested to see 80 horse out of s 520 platform!

Not looking to debate n/a vs turbo.... unless you know of a kit that retains the bottom end response, if so, I'll take 2

My KMS acts like a 450 until the boost builds. Then the 2nd injector kicks in

I concur... The boost just makes the bottom end feel weak...
