On a more generic note about the 520, I wouldn't expect too much from it. It makes more torque down low but barely enough to pull an extra gear on the snow. They don't make a whole lot more useable power up top over the 450. That said I do like it on the dirt as the fatter bottom end allows you to short shift the bike and use the torque. Its not a single track motor but who builds a 520 for single track. If I put the bike back together again it'll probably end up as a 450 again. I wouldn't waste the money on a 520.
