7s battery charging cable?

Is there a cable included with the sleds equipped with the 7s display that hooks up to the charging port on the right footwell?

I believe the 7 has its own small battery that charges from the sled running, this is what allows it to work without sled running. With that being said I'm pretty sure the port is connected to the 7's power supply for charging purposes.
