I put the carls 770 in my o7 during the fall of 07. It has a nice extra punch to it and is very reliable. You always want more Hp and I wish I would have sacked up for the 840 or maybe the 60. If I were to do it now turbo would be it, but back in 07 they were not as tested as they are today and it was 3K more too. Chris K and the crew were super to deal with, im in Minnesota and freighted him the motor, he also helped figure out the weights for low elevation for the rare occasion we get decent pow here just came back from Crested Butte area and the sled beats 07 summit 8 everywhere but the steep long climbs probably has more to do with the gearing. Let me know if you have any other ?

I rode SLP'S 770 and honestly for the money I was dissapointed in the return. JMH

YUP Daniells. But just so you know Boondockers had 4 turbo dragons there. 6,7,8 and reace 8. So OF COURSE the 770 didn't seem to be all that but I also was riding my D8 that day so I had a normal sled to compair it to. I was all about the BB last year until I rode all those T's

If the stupid ars economy would have held out just a few more months I would have had a BDPG8....But I don't

I think the price of a BDPGT is like $4500 Just over 6 installed
